About the Opportunity

• Support the recording and tracking of financial activity in alignment with applicable accounting standards

Prepare and post routine and non-routine journal entries as required

Participate in daily accounting operations and periodic close activities, including reconciliation of balance sheet and intercompany accounts

Process and record banking transactions, including deposits

Complete reconciliations for bank accounts and corporate card activity

Maintain and update supporting schedules for items such as prepaid expenses, accruals, and capital assets

Contribute to the compilation of recurring financial reports and statements

Provide assistance with financial system upgrades, enhancements, and data integrations

Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and support the rollout of improved accounting processes

Carry out additional administrative or finance-related tasks as needed

About You

5+ years of full cycle accounting experience

Strong Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)

Netsuite Preferred, mid to large size ERP required

Salary Range

$85,000 / year
