Job Overview
If you’re the kind of Red Seal pro who’d rather be elbow‑deep in diagnostics than stuck in a shop, this role is built for you. We’re looking for a Technical Service Rep who can handle the heat—on‑site, in the field, and under pressure. You’ll be the go‑to expert for commissioning, troubleshooting, and keeping our mining machines running like clockwork. This is a role for someone who knows their way around high‑voltage systems, heavy iron, and customer expectations. This is a high‑impact role for a seasoned tradesperson who’s ready to travel, troubleshoot, and take ownership in the field. If that sounds like you, let’s talk. Reports to : Lead, Technical Service
Shift : 14x14, 12 hours a day
Allowances : Additional premiums and allowances are associated with this position due to location
Safety Sensitive : Yes - drug & alcohol testing, physical demand fit testing, RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5‑year provincial driving record will be required
Travel : up to 50% travel within Canada and the USA
Relocation : This position does not offer relocation
