On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Processor, Account Openings (MS Excel) for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Data Processor, Account Openings (MS Excel) - Job Description :
This role involves reviewing account opening documents sent by the Front Office, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and fast processing of a varying number of files. The position supports the New Accounts and Documentation department in maintaining efficient account opening procedures.
Data Processor, Account Openings (MS Excel) - Responsibilities :
- Review account opening documents for accuracy and integrity
- Ensure fast processing of account documents
- Collaborate with the Front Office to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of customer / client information
- Utilize MS Excel for data entry and documentation
