Job description

Are you a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk? Do you pride yourself when it comes to your attention to detail?

If yes, our client in the Insurance industry has an opportunity that may be perfect for you!

  • The ability to work in a large professional insurance company
  • A 6 - 8 weeks contract with the opportunity of extension

This role requires data entry experience and administrative assistance within insurance or, financial or similar industries.

  • Responsibilities

    Accurate Data Management : Input and maintain accurate data in internal and external systems to ensure up-to-date information and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

    Timely Processing : Ensure prompt and accurate processing of transactions and requests within agreed timelines to meet service standards.

    Team Collaboration : Assist team members and undertake general administrative duties to support team objectives and deliver a professional service.

    Quality Assurance : Validate and verify data for accuracy, ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance with operational standards.

    Qualifications

  • Data Entry experience within an insurance or financial company.
  • High-speed keyboarding skills
  • Excellent written and communications skills
  • Able to work Mondy to Friday at the office (Downtown Toronto)
