Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex mechanical and electrical schematics, ensuring precise execution of assembly, integration and testing procedures
- Execute the integration process by configuring software, calibrating hardware, and conducting comprehensive functional tests on sophisticated electro-optical imaging systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, including but not limited to motors, sensors and wire harness assemblies, to ensure optimal system performance and reliability
- Investigate and resolve system-level faults by collaborating with senior technicians and engineers, contributing to continuous product development and process improvement
- Execute environmental screening , operating thermal chambers and vibration tables, running tests scripts, and analyzing performance data to validate system integrity
- Effectively manage multiple priorities , balancing integration, testing, and troubleshooting tasks to meet critical project timelines and production goals
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration , work closely with Operation Engineers, production teams, and management to tackle complex technical challenges and drive innovative solutions
- Ensuring meticulous documentation, maintaining detailed records of maintenance, test results, troubleshooting efforts and implemented solutions
- Handle customer-owned equipment (as required), with precision and care, performing diagnostic testing, repairs, and upgrades while ensuring compliance with all quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies in testing and integration processes, recommending enhancements, and implementing best practices to optimize system performance and workflow efficiency.
