About The Role

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Director-level Urban Planner, Land Use Planning Manager and / or Development Planning Lead to support the development planning function. Reporting to the Executive team, this individual will play a key role in managing the team and project outcomes, while providing guidance and coaching to junior, intermediate and senior Planners. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, be an experienced Planner and leader, has a positive reputation within the development industry, and is a team player with a ‘no task is too big or too small’ attitude.

Salary for the role is fully flexible from $130,000 to $180,000 based on level of industry experience and exposure, plus bonus, benefits, RRSP matching, education / OPPI designation reimbursement, 4 weeks vacation, a hybrid work environment and tons of flexibility.
