Job descriptionIdentify and pursue opportunities to secure new business accounts, leveraging market insights and customer relationships to drive growth Grow revenues and execute business plans to enhance sales profitability, growth, and account penetration Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather market intelligence, adjust strategies, and update customer profiles and needs data Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers at all organizational levels to ensure excellent service and maximize profitability Support contract creation and negotiation, ensuring alignment with guidelines and margin ranges Provide accurate sales forecasts, manage account plans, and utilize CRM tools for customer engagement Understand Cascades' offerings, identify cross-selling opportunities, and serve as a market expert to promote the company's image and cultivate long-term relationships Handle administrative tasks such as managing customer data in SAP, conducting cold calls, and maintaining records Knowledge and experience in the protein packaging industry At least three years’ experience as a Sales Representative Customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences Organized in managing multiple priorities Proven success in acquiring new business and expanding accounts Ability to recognize customer needs and identify new opportunities Proficient in product demonstrations and knowledge transfer Effective communicator with strong presentation skills Skilled negotiator and networker, capable of securing opportunities Willing to travel as needed to cover the assigned market
