Job description

We are looking for an Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in selling professional services in IT. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to engage with customers and prospects to understand their business objectives and work with your peers to establish a plan of sale.

Individuals with a technical consulting background interested in the sales aspect are encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the CRM, Implementation, and Financial sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from early-stage lead to securing an IT project
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in your CRM
  • Attend client meetings on a regular basis or when delegated to handle such tasks
  • Prepare client reports on a regular basis and submit such to the appropriate authority
  • Develop workable strategies for marketing and sales generation
  • Develop helpful plans that will target new and prospective customers for the organization
  • Work together with the account planners of the organization for proper analysis of the chosen budget and clients' brief
  • Meet clients’ needs latest by deadlines allotted to such needs
  • Manage accounts of the clients and also collaborate with accounting for accurate invoices
  • Solve all the problems clients may report on

Requirements

  • Has a minimum of 5 years in conceptual selling professional services in IT
  • Has held a closing and quota-carrying role in the past, while consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Encompasses a well-rounded set of competencies including customer focus, technical skills, professional accountability, emotional intelligence, priorities management, teamwork, and self-direction
  • Has a strong ability to take initiative with enthusiasm
  • Perfect written and verbal communications in English (French is a nice to have)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with change
  • Is curious and has a great sense of humor
  • Is comfortable with traveling (minimal)

    Nous recherchons un chargé de compte pour trouver des opportunités commerciales et gérer les relations avec les clients.     Les personnes ayant une expérience en conseil technique et intéressées par l'aspect commercial sont encouragées à postuler.

    La priorité sera donnée aux candidats ayant une expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de la relation client (CRM), de la mise en œuvre et du secteur financier.

    Responsabilités

    Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la première piste à l'obtention d'un projet informatique.

    Négocier des accords et tenir un registre des ventes et des données dans votre CRM.

    Assister aux réunions avec les clients sur une base régulière ou lorsqu'on vous délègue cette tâche.

    Préparer régulièrement des rapports sur les clients et les soumettre aux autorités compétentes.

    Développer des stratégies viables pour le marketing et la génération de ventes

    Élaborer des plans utiles qui cibleront les clients nouveaux et potentiels de l'organisation.

    Travailler avec les planificateurs de comptes de l'organisation pour analyser correctement le budget choisi et le cahier des charges des clients.

    Répondre aux besoins des clients dans les délais impartis.

    Gérer les comptes des clients et collaborer avec la comptabilité pour obtenir des factures précises.

    Résoudre tous les problèmes que les clients peuvent signaler.

    Exigences

    Possède un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente conceptuelle de services professionnels dans le domaine de l'informatique.

    Vous avez déjà occupé un poste de clôture et de gestion des quotas, tout en dépassant régulièrement les objectifs de vente mensuels et trimestriels.

    Englobe un ensemble de compétences bien équilibrées, notamment l'orientation client, les compétences techniques, la responsabilité professionnelle, l'intelligence émotionnelle, la gestion des priorités, le travail d'équipe et l'autodirection.

    Possède une forte capacité à prendre des initiatives avec enthousiasme

    Parfaite communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais (bilingue).

    S'épanouit dans un environnement au rythme rapide et est à l'aise avec le changement

    Est curieux et a un grand sens de l'humour

    Est à l'aise avec les déplacements (minimes)
