  • Develop close working relationships with English Services, Regional Media and other components to maximize collaboration and resource co-ordination.

  • Advise production teams and media partners on the various processes and available resources, as well as on monitoring adherence to production standards.

  • Co-ordinate logistics (travel, security, communications and transmission) for major regional deployments.

  • Fulfil other duties and responsibilities associated with the position of Senior Operations Manager as required.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.

What You Bring:

  • Strong understanding of broadcast and digital technologies and workflows.

  • Ability to manage and track multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Tact, diplomacy and professional judgment.

  • An innovative mindset and a willingness to challenge and improve existing tools and processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.

  • Willingness to travel regularly.

  • Ability to work effectively for extended periods of time under pressure and on weekends when necessary.
