Job Summary : My client, FENZI NORTH AMERICA is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to bridge technical expertise and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will provide critical support in our lab and act as a technical liaison for both internal teams and external clients. This role requires a blend of chemistry knowledge, manufacturing insight, and strong interpersonal communication skills.Accountabilities Include : Technical Support : Assist the lab team with testing, analysis, and troubleshooting for product development and client projects.Collaborate with R&D and production teams to optimize processes and address technical challenges.Client Engagement : Act as the technical contact for customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.Conduct site visits to troubleshoot and optimize client processes as needed.Sales Collaboration : Partner with the sales team to present technical aspects of products and services.Develop a deep understanding of customer applications to support strategic sales initiatives.Travel : Travel throughout the U.S. and Canada Qualifications Include : Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with a focus on process optimization and analysis.Previous experience in a technical sales or customer-facing technical role.Knowledge of polymer chemistry or sealant manufacturing processes. Familiarity with lab testing methods and quality control systems. Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting technical challenges in real-world settings.Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. and Canada.About Us : FENZI Official is a global leader in chemicals for the glass processing industry, with a focus on innovation and dedication since 1941.
