Title for the Position : Technical Sales Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Reports to the Director of Operations

Audits sales representative and responsible for completion of coaching reports

Produces sales as part of demonstration as necessary during coaching

Trains new staff

Supports new staff

Management of reps for their first shifts to ensure coaching

Relationships with new staff to improve retention

Scheduling :

Create schedule and provide to director

Shift confirmations

Strategy based on result updates

Reporting updates

Update trackers accordingly on a daily basis

Update Scorecard on a daily basis with tasks completed

Timesheet Updates

Wage : $35.90 per hour

REQUIREMENTS :

Must be Work permit holder, PR or hold Citizenship status

A university degree or college diploma in a program related to the product or service is usually required.

Experience in sales or in a technical occupation related to the product or service may be required.

Technical sales supervisors require experience as a technical sales specialists

• Exceptional listening and analytical skills;
• Solid time management skills;

Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company

• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment;
• Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed;
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel);
