    Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e)

    • Rédacteur(trice) technique
    • pour rejoindre notre équipe de Publications Techniques basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).
    • Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Systèmes et serez chargée de la révision de la publication d’isolation des fautes (Fault Isolation Manual - FIM).

      L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

      Votre rôle en tant que

    • Rédacteur technique
    • sera d'examiner la documentation d'ingénierie, d'effectuer des analyses d'impact, d'examiner les tâches révisées pour approbation et d'incorporer les changements.

    • Vos défis :
    • La tâche principale consistera à rechercher, planifier, rédiger et réviser le Fault Isolation Manuel (FIM) ;
    • Communiquer régulièrement avec l'Ingénierie pour valider les procédures de dépannage avant publication ;
    • Analyser les documents sources de l'ingénierie afin de déterminer leur impact sur le Fault Isolation Manuel (FIM) et prendre les mesures nécessaires pour les réviser ;
    • Analyser et répondre aux demandes des clients concernant la publication du FIM ;
    • Identifier et mettre en œuvre les améliorations des processus et des produits conformément au plan stratégique.
    • Votre profil :
    • Vous détenez un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en maintenance d'aéronefs ou en avionique, ou dans un domaine équivalent ;
    • Vous avez un minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience pertinente dans l'industrie aéronautique ;
    • Vous avez de solides compétences en communication (écrite et orale) autant en français qu'en anglais ;
    • Vous possédez de solides compétences en matière de dépannage et de résolution de problèmes ;
    • Vous devez avoir une compréhension approfondie des dessins techniques, des schémas de filage et des diagrammes schématiques ;
    • Vous avez une compréhension détaillée des processus de publications techniques et des technologies (un atout) ;
    • Vous avez une compréhension de base des spécifications S1000D et ATA (un atout) ;
    • Vous avez une bonne connaissance du langage de rédaction XML (un atout).

    • to join our Technical Publications team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada).
    • You will be part of the Systems team and be responsible for revising the Fault Isolation Manual (FIM). The team is organised in such a way as to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, supporting each other and learning collectively.

    • Technical Writer
    • will be to review engineering documentation, carry out impact analyses, review revised tasks for approval and incorporate changes.

    • Your challenges :
    • The principal task will be to research, plan, write and revise the Fault Isolation Manual (FIM);
    • Communicate regularly with Engineering to validate troubleshooting procedures before being published;
    • Analyze engineering source documents to determine impact on the Fault Isolation Manual (FIM) and take steps to revise as needed;
    • Analyze and respond to customer inquiries regarding the FIM publication;
    • Identify and implement processes and product improvements inline with the Strategic plan.
    • Your boarding pass :
    • You hold a college diploma (DEC) in aircraft maintenance or avionics, or equivalent field;
    • You have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience within the aerospace industry;
    • You have strong communication skills (written and spoken) in french and english;
    • You have a strong skill set for troubleshooting and problem solving;
    • You must have a thorough understanding of technical drawings, wiring / schematic diagrams;
    • You have a detailed understanding of Technical Publications processes and technologies (an asset);
    • You have basic understanding of S1000D and ATA specifications (an asset);
    • You have a good knowledge of XML authoring language (an asset).
