Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality technical support in English and French to customers across Canada and the United States, either by email and by phone on parts and various machines (dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
- Enter parts orders into the computer system
- Gather essential information to facilitate the production of work orders for service partners
- Ensure the rapid shipment of necessary parts and provide documentation as needed
- Find solutions to resolve problematic situations
Required skills
Hold a diploma in electromechanics (DEP, DEC)Have 2 years of experience in technical support for technical partsHave 2 years of experience in customer serviceMaster French and English (oral and written) in order to respond to customers from Canada and the United StatesHave a dynamic attitudeDemonstrate autonomy, reliability and interpersonal skills with customersProblem-solving skills, versatilityMaster the office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of SAP (an asset)Have a sense of organizationLove to learnWork location : Boucherville
