To help facilitate growth, they are adding an Inside Sales Representative to the team. If you have a proven track of excellence in sales and customer service, this might be the opportunity that you have been looking for.
Responsibilities
- Prepares estimates and pricing for leads coming in through the sales pipeline, confirming with the Structures and Estimation Manager where appropriate.
- Uses system and software provided to effectively manage customer / project pipelines until the operations team takes over.
- Facilitates operational needs of the customer (i.e., soliciting approvals, coordinating initial payment, following up with the operational team and customer to ensure the project is moving forward, etc.)
- Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by adopting a customer-centric approach.
- Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and concerns.
- Provides recommendations on the customer experience, where appropriate.
- Ensures customer satisfaction and always provides professional customer support.
