Field Service Excellence

Routine Maintenance

Conduct regular checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and prevent any unexpected downtime during crucial farming seasons.

Tech‑Savvy

Utilize John Deere computer programs to access manuals, run diagnostics, carry out precise repairs, and install the latest upgrades and modifications to equipment.

Team Collaboration

Work alongside a dynamic team of skilled professionals, sharing insights and solving complex technical problems together.

Continuous Learning

Engage in company‑sponsored training programs to expand your expertise and stay ahead of the curve.

Safety Mindset

Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Requirements

Education : Journeyperson Certificate – Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) or Agricultural Equipment Technician (AET).

Experience : 4+ years in agriculture equipment repair or a related field. Previous John Deere agricultural equipment and product experience is an asset.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and computer‑based diagnostic tools.

People‑Focused : Team player with a friendly, professional attitude and focus on customer service.

Soft Skills : Attention to detail, strong time management, ability to work independently, and adaptability.

Physical Capability : Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs with long periods of standing and walking.

Valid Driver's License : You'll need this for travel to service calls.
