We are looking for a team leader who will be responsible for the industrial engineering team, with the main objective of improving our distribution activities. You will act as a leader and mentor within your team. In this role, you will work closely with the operations teams to implement a strategy and portfolio of projects aimed at improving our operational efficiency. You will also act as an internal expert (SME) for the design and optimization of processes, layout, equipment / automation and product positioning in the warehouse. You will also be called upon to contribute directly to certain projects or phases of critical projects.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

• Manage and develop your team of project managers to meet operational improvement targets.
• Define and plan improvement projects based on best practices in logistics and distribution to support the company’s growth and improve our performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics best practices.
• Understand the challenges and support the organization in managing change and integrating new business processes to reduce risks.
• Contribute to the achievement of site managers’ objectives by improving operations (health and safety, quality, productivity, workforce development and costs).
