Production team Leader

Job description :

Located near Mascouche on Montreal's North Shore. Well established for over 30 years, it specializes in epoxy, polyurethane and polyaspartic coatings for concrete surfaces and cabinetry projects. They are currently looking for a Production Planning Coordinator for their new office and plant.

Main responsibilities :

• Operation of machinery such as mixers, industrial scales, forklift trucks.
• Weigh and mix raw materials to produce finished products.
• Clean, maintain and ensure proper operation of all production equipment.
• Provide positive leadership to the team to maintain a healthy, inclusive and positive work environment.
• Act as a resource person within the team.
• Supervise employees while clarifying expectations and desired results.
• Time management (breaks, punctuality).
