Job description

Theaward-winning Trickle Creek Lodge is hiring a full-time Front Desk Attendant. At Trickle Creek Lodge, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is welcoming, smooth, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • Address and resolve guest concerns
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, and office equipment
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Conditions:

  • Working holidays and weekends can be expected
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands and arms
