partner staffing on behalf of our Client, we are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our growing team in either our Prince George or Fort St. John office. Relocation will be considered. This role involves close collaboration with financial and technical teams to support projects from inception to completion. While primarily office-based, occasional travel to other office locations may be required.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and contracts, establishing effective tracking systems.
- Oversee subcontractor billing and ensure accurate technical descriptions.
- Collaborate with safety teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with OHS regulations.
- Manage billing processes efficiently to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and finalize invoices in partnership with project managers.
- Interface with client systems and project teams to meet project-specific requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices until payment is received.
