Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Responsable Qualité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (SCQM) pour rejoindre l'équipe Opérations Achats Chaîne d'Approvisionnement & Qualité Propulsion (ABPO2 & AAPP3) basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez à la conformité de la livraison du moteur en nacelle (Propulsion Podded Power Plant - PQUAD) PW1500 pour le programme A220. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Approvisionnement chargée de satisfaire les clients au travers de plusieurs initiatives mais également de gérer les actions correctives et assurer la conformité aux normes de qualité. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant que SCQM sera de gérer la qualité de la chaîne de valeur PQUAD, d’assurer la conformité des fournisseurs et des produits du système de propulsion, et de diriger l’amélioration de la performance de livraison des fournisseurs. Vos défis : Sécuriser les livraisons du PQUAD dans les délais , conformément au plan de livraison des avions Airbus. S'assurer que les changements industriels / techniques du fournisseur n'entraînent pas de dégradation de la qualité et / ou de la productivité du PQUAD. Assurer la conformité des fournisseurs et des produits du système de propulsion. Mener l'amélioration et le développement de la performance et de la capacité de livraison des fournisseurs. Gérer la performance de livraison du fournisseur de propulsion Consolider les ICP de performance et partager les tableaux de bord avec le Lead SCQM. Assurer l'exécution des routines pour identifier dynamiquement les problèmes récurrents ayant un impact sur Airbus. En cas de déviation, assurer l'endiguement immédiat et piloter l'exécution des plans d'action correctifs. Anticiper les déviations grâce à la surveillance des signaux faibles et piloter la reprise des fournisseurs. Évaluer et sécuriser la livraison / capacité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (y compris les sous-traitants) pour répondre à la demande d'Airbus et au profil de montée en cadence. Sécuriser la surveillance des changements industriels et de produits (y compris le Transfert de Travail). Sécuriser la conformité et la conformité des fournisseurs du système de propulsion et s'assurer que toutes les activités de surveillance sont effectuées conformément à la réglementation. Développer et améliorer les performances des fournisseurs et les normes de livraison de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, notamment l'éradication et la prévention des non-livraisons. Gérer les besoins et attentes des parties prenantes internes en étant l'Expert / point focal interne en matière de livraison concernant le système de propulsion PW1500 sur le programme A220. Votre profil : Diplôme idéalement en Gestion de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement, Ingénierie de Fabrication ou Ingénierie. Connaissance et expérience de la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement Aérospatiale ou Automobile. Connaissance et expérience des outils de qualité pour la résolution de problèmes. Expérience en gestion de fournisseurs. Bonnes compétences en communication. Autonome. Esprit d'anticipation et de gestion des risques. Capacité à interagir avec tous les niveaux d'interlocuteurs chez le fournisseur et chez Airbus. Capacité à influencer les positions des fournisseurs pour atteindre les objectifs d'Airbus. Manage propulsion supplier delivery performance : Consolidate Performance KPIs and share the supplier PQUAD performance scorecards with the Lead SCQM for validation prior to publication. Ensure execution of routines to dynamically identify recurring issues impacting Airbus. In case of deviation, ensure immediate containment and drive execution of corrective action plans. Through weak signal monitoring, anticipate deviation and drive supplier recoveries. Evaluate and secure Supplier Chain delivery / capability (incl. Sub Tiers) to meet the Airbus Demand & ramp-up profile. Secure monitoring of industrial and product changes (including Transfer of Work). Secure the compliance and conformance of Propulsion System suppliers and products & ensure all surveillance activities are performed in line with regulation. Develop & improve Supplier performances & supply chain delivery standards, including driving non delivery eradication and prevention. Manage internal Stakeholders needs & expectations by being the internal Delivery Expert / focal point regarding PW1500 Propulsion System on the A220 program. Your boarding pass : Educated with a degree ideally in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering. Aerospace or Automotive supply chain management knowledge and experience. Quality tools problem solving knowledge and experience. Supplier management experience. Good communication skills. Autonomous. Forward looking and risk management mindset.
