Le Gestionnaire Prestation Services TI sera responsable de coordonner l’équipe de service de 30 personnes pour le soutien des utilisateurs nord-américains sur leur plateforme ERP.

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

Gérer les incidents, faciliter l’utilisation, suggérer des améliorations sur SAP pour les modules finances et chaîne logistique
Gérer la performance du département (SLA, KPI)
Veiller au bon fonctionnement du département et escalader les incidents aux bons groupes
Assurer la bonne collaboration et la bonne communication entre les différents membres de l’équipe
Rédiger la documentation et préparer les présentations pour les différents paliers de gestion

PROFIL

7+ années d’expérience en tant que Gestionnaire Prestation Services TI

Expérience en environnement ERP

Bonne connaissance de SAP

Autonomie et aisance à communiquer

Connaissance des modules finances et chaîne logistique de SAP (atout)

Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating a 30-person service team to support North American users on their ERP platform.

MORE SPECIFICALLY

Manage incidents, facilitate usage, and suggest improvements on SAP for the finance and supply chain modules

Manage the department’s performance (SLA, KPI)

Ensure the proper functioning of the department and escalate incidents to the appropriate groups

Ensure good collaboration and communication among the different team members

Write documentation and prepare presentations for the various management levels

PROFILE

7+ years of experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager

Experience in an ERP environment

Good knowledge of SAP

Autonomy and ease of communication

Knowledge of SAP finance and supply chain modules (asset)

Bilingualism required (French and English)
