Your new role
Reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, the Director of FP&A will be responsible for managing a team of five FP&A analysts. This role is crucial in driving efficiency across three key business units : Sales and Marketing, Storage, and Assembly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with at least seven years of experience, including two years in a senior role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of five FP&A analysts.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to drive efficiency and performance improvements.
- Develop and implement financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of seven years of experience in financial planning and analysis.At least two years in a senior manager FP&A role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.What you'll get in return
