We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst for our client. This is a fully on-site role based in Brampton, ON. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating supply chain processes, managing vendor onboarding, and ensuring accurate and efficient inventory tracking and reporting. Responsibilities : Coordinate documentation for inbound and outbound product storage to ensure compliance and accuracy.Serve as the primary contact for escalation issues, facilitating client-facing communications, introductions, and ongoing updates.Set up, enter, and monitor inventory trackers, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Manipulate Excel files and work with systems like SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain accurate data records.Oversee the onboarding of new vendors from start to finish, including pricing, inventory placement, and logistics for inbound and outbound processes.Understand and manage full vendor requests to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.Proactively address potential issues during outbound processes to avoid disruptions.Ensure the company's supply chain operations align with customer demand and expectations.Oversee supply chains to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective operations.Act as a liaison between the company and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of issues.Analyze and optimize supply chain operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Collect and analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies for supply chain improvements.Manage supplier coordination, monitor order system accuracy, and track inventory levels to maintain operational efficiency.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain Analyst role or similar positionBackground in inventory tracking, logistics, or vendor management.Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and vendor relations.Experience in onboarding vendors and coordinating end-to-end supply chain processes.Experience utilizing SAP for inventory tracking and supply chain management.Proficiency in advanced functions for data manipulation and reportingExcellent communication and client-facing skills for managing escalations and vendor interactions.Proficiency in analyzing supply chain data and identifying areas for optimization.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
