Check out our career website to learn about our amazing culture and our commitment to employee wellness and engagement. https : / / www.mevotech.com / about-us / careers / The Lead Analyst, Data Analytics will : Create dashboards in Power BI, interpret data and results, and provide business insights that will drive improvements Uncover new truths and enable smart decision-making to improve operational efficiencies and fulfillment goals Continuously identify and develop opportunities for improving reporting processes and analytics while increasing data transparency Look for solutions to take raw data from several systems and transforming into valuable business insights Be responsible to produce data that will enable key performance indicators to drive transparency and efficiency Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide analytical insights to improve department financial results and allow for scalable and predictive solutions Assist in the generation of advanced analytics solutions / tools / dashboards from complex and often disparate datasets to understand and monitor performance against Order Fulfillment goals Enable more holistic analysis and deeper insights by wrangling and aggregating data from multiple sources : Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency Provide great performance reporting to supply chain leadership on key metrics like fill rate, lead times, schedule attainment, etc . Drive investigative and root cause analyses across our supply chain network Support new modelling to recommend & optimize inventory levels and planning schedules Identify potential opportunities Qualifications, Skills, and Educational Requirements 5 years of previous analytics experience working in supply chain  Ability to build Power BI dashboards and extract and manipulate data from ERP systems (SQL and Snowflake strongly preferred) Strong data mapping, mining, modelling and visualization skills Knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques for measuring warehousing, transportation, and supply chain network efficiencies Strong communication skills with the ability to understand business needs, translate data and results into business insights, and to communicate potential solutions, challenges and limitations Tactical problem solver with experience boiling down medium and large scope data problems into measurable and achievable blocks of work Foresight to identify and dismantle potential roadblocks ahead of time Pragmatic - can identify and work on the most important problems first and find the highest-impact, lowest cost solutions Post-Secondary Education in Business, business analytics or related field (MBA an asset) Physical Demands and Working Conditions Hybrid work environment – work onsite 3 days per week (2 days remotely). ​​​   Powered by JazzHR
