YOUR ROLE

The Supply Chain Steering Specialist is a key member of the Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB)- Hair Professional Supply Chain Team. This position works closely with the leadership team and the North American supply chain teams to create processes and procedures for various aspects of the supply chain. This position plays a significant role in improving and delivering results in a fast-paced complex supply chain business model.

• New Product Introduction

Collaborates with North American New Product Introduction Teams to provide input from a Canadian perspective and to localize timelines.

Performs supply chain analysis for supply chain teams using Power BI.

Work together with North American quality team to manage impacts of quality disruptions, informing local supply chain and managing impact.

Working with North American regulatory team, understands impacts of changing regulations in Canada and works with supply, demand and brands teams to implement plan of action.
