Job description

Youwill:

  • Carry out administrative tasks to ensure effective and efficient management of the Visitor Services team.
  • Provide day‑to‑day, hands‑on supervision for Visitor Services Agents, including assisting the Manager with recruitment, scheduling, staff orientation, training, supervision, and task delegation.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship and open lines of communication with other Resort departments to ensure high levels of guest and employee satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the Visitor Services desks, assisting agents in meeting guest needs and resolving issues effectively.
  • Greet and assist guests in a manner that models exemplary conduct, professionalism, and enthusiasm for the resort experience.
  • Respond to guest complaints, feedback, and inquiries through ZOHO in a timely and professional manner.
  • Actively promote and support the mission, vision, and core values of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.
  • Assist Visitor Services Agents with selling and promoting all KHMR/
