Are you a trained reach truck operator who wants to grow their career in Training. This is an excellent oppurtunity for you to become Training specialist.
Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Trainer to join our team in Etobicoke. This crucial role involves training new and existing employees on safe forklift operation, warehouse management systems, and other essential warehouse procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience operating various types of forklifts and a commitment to safety.
Position : Training specialist
Shift : Day / Night / Afternoon shifts
Salary : $23.75 / hr
Location : Etobicoke

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations, and Yard Operations.
To assist and work within the warehouse when training duties are not required
Support the operations team by performing material handling tasks such as picking,
loading, and unloading when training activities are not scheduled.
Qualifications
A minimum 5 years Material Handling Equipment experience is required
Specific experience operating Counterbalance, Reach, Order Picker and Pallet truck would be
an asset
Prior experience in a trainer role considered an asset.
Experience with wireless RF systems including voice picking considered an asset.
Experience with preferred picking practice is an asset.
Experience working in Cold storage considered an asset.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) considered an asset.
Experience in using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Certified MHE trainer (Train the Trainer) or willing to complete.
