We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator to join our team at YMCA Windsor Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) on a fixed term full-time basis for 6 months.
About the role
In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service and the management of a team of Educators. You will receive support from a dedicated management team, consisting of your fellow Coordinators, Senior Coordinator, Area Coordinator, Regional Manager, and the OSHC Manager.
As the OSHC Coordinator you will be responsible for :
- The development of quality programs
- Managing the day-to-day running of the programs
- Coordinating staffing and rostering
- Ensuring compliance with policy
- Undertaking administrative requirements
- Working collaboratively with families and the school community

YMCA Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services care for children before school, after school, and during holidays across 50+ school sites throughout South East Queensland. We are the fastest growing OSHC provider in the South East, which in turn provides our staff with the ability to grow and move through the company as their careers head to the next level.

YMCA Windsor Outside School Hours Care is located inside Windsor State School. The service is licensed for 139 children and offers before and after school care as well as vacation care services.
