HRBP - Special Projects
Our crown corporation client is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join their team on a contract. As the HRBP for Special Projects, you will focus on managing HR projects, creating job descriptions, and helping develop HR policies.
Location : Windsor, ON (Hybrid)
Work Type : Contract
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain job descriptions for various roles within the organization.
- Assist in the research, creation, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR services and processes.
- Ensure all HR documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant legislation.
- Work closely with the HR team to support policy development and project implementation.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration with a focus on HR.Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation is a plus.At least 2 years of experience in a HRBP role.Strong knowledge of HR legislation (ESA, OHSA, OHRC, OLRA, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
