Job description
We are in search of a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, collaborating with Product Owners and Business Analysts, and implementing an agile framework. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee vendor activities and set operational expectations.
- Foster strong collaboration across various business units.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure project success.
- Manage internal reporting and participate in Steering Committee reporting.
- Implement and develop an agile framework within the team.
- Ensure transparency and set clear expectations within the team and with vendors.
- Leverage skills in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
- Actively participate in Quality Assurance within business units.
- Utilize Change Management and Budget Processes skills to manage project changes and stay within budget.
- Apply AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies to improve project outcomes.
- Position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Management role.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is a must.
- Knowledge and experience in Cisco Technologies are necessary.
- Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is required.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is essential.
- Understanding and prior use of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.
- Familiarity with About Time software is desirable.
- Proficiency in AB Testing techniques is mandatory.
- Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies is crucial.
- Understanding of Budget Processes is required.
- Prior experience in Change Management is important.
