We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Financial Analyst reporting to the Director, Finance to join our team and support our financial analysis and budgeting.
Job Summary :
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis providing critical insights that drive business decisions for the Tempo team. This job requires excellent communication skills, as they will work closely with many internal departments including sales, marketing, partnerships, and event operations to deliver results and drive revenue.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Financial Analysis & Budgeting
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and optimize operations.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and performance evaluations.
- Support ERP system implementation, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment of financial processes and reporting.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with key business leaders.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable recommendations to drive financial performance.
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Assist with full-cycle accounting processes, including journal entries, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), treasury management, and financial reporting, as needed.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and strengthen internal controls.
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as needed to support continuous improvement initiatives.
