This is a hybrid technical-commercial position combining:
- Business development in Mining, Steel, Cement, Power & Heavy Industry
- Management and expansion of existing distributors
- Development of key accounts
- Technical troubleshooting & field support
- Close collaboration with the US-based team
Initial focus: Québec, Sudbury region, Northern Ontario, Central & Eastern Canada.
Skills and qualifications :
- Mechanical or Chemical Engineer
- Experience in Mining, OEM, Steel, Cement, or Power industries
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment & maintenance environments
- Hands-on mindset – able to speak the language of maintenance crews
- Experience in cost proposals & technical concept selling
- Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a stand-alone role
- Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred
- MLT or CLS certification is an asset
- Lubricants background is not mandatory.
