Job Description
As a Sr Channel Sales Rep here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management. Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners will enable you to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions. By providing guidance and mentorship to the channel partners; executive leadership, operational support and sales teams, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue success for the company.
In this role, you will impact the company's success significantly. By developing and executing channel sales strategies, you will drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence through effective collaboration with channel partners, architects, engineers, electrical contractors and Fire Authority. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide guidance to channel sales representatives will contribute to the company's overall growth and position Notifier as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships while developing joint sales strategies aligned with Key Accounts, target verticals with respect to the sale of all fire alarm related product categories within an assigned region, in partnership with channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation; via channel partner organic growth, new market expansion, while maximizing regional potential.
- Develop sales strategies aligned with channel partner growth commitments, to drive value added solutions through Notifier product and software solution offerings.
- to position Notifier value proposition, execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct seminars, demonstrations, technical training and tradeshows, while collaborating with internal teams to provide support and resources to channel partners.
- Maximize profitability by negotiating and closing sales deals to meet revenue objectives.
- Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, reports, pipeline management and strategic activity related to achieving assigned sales targets.
- Monitor industry and competitor trends, leveraging marketing tools, analytics, and ecommerce bid sites to assist channel partners driving year over year growth.
