Nous avons un poste permanent et un poste contractuel jusqu’en mars 5.

Vos responsabilités :

• Répondre aux appels et courriels des employés et des gestionnaires dans les dossiers d’avantages sociaux, d’invalidité, retraite et gestion des absences / vacances ;
• Administrer les programmes d’avantages sociaux pour les magasins corporatifs, associés et bannières (correspondance avec les magasins et les employés, communication avec l’assureur, traiter et analyser les modifications, traitement administratif des invalidités) ;
• S’assurer du traitement opportun et précis de toutes les entrées de paie en rapport avec les avantages sociaux, régimes de retraite et gestion des absences ;
• Supporter et participer activement au développement, à la définition, à l’identification et à la mise en œuvre d’outils en vue d’améliorer l’efficience et l’efficacité opérationnelles.
