A DAY IN THE LIFE Address customer concerns by diagnosing and trouble-shooting plumbing-related issues. Craft and deliver solutions that prioritize the customer’s interest and address their needs. Create and drive new sales opportunities with cross-selling. Keep your company service van organized and stocked with up-to-date inventory. Properly complete all paperwork associated with each job you complete. Participate in ongoing training opportunities to continue developing as a professional. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 2+ years of residential plumbing experience diagnosing and solving plumbing issues. Class 5 Driver’s License, clean drivers record and ability to lift 50lbs from time-to-time. Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and technology. Ability to provide an unparalleled, 5-star customer service experience. Organized problem-solver that can handle competing priorities in a dynamic work environment. Self-motivated and growth mindset to deliver great work with integrity without supervision. Reliable and dependable team player that shows up on time and ready to work. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
