Description
Operational Leadership :
Manage daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to brand standards.Monitor and drive operational performance, including food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals, including sales targets, labor management, and cost control.
Team Development :
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing management teams at each location.Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to ensure team members excel in their roles.Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture that aligns with the company’s values.
Customer Focus :
Uphold the brand’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.Respond to guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and effectively.Drive initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
Strategic Growth :
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and implement growth opportunities.Support new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Experience & Expertise :
Proven experience as a District Manager or equivalent in the QSR or hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L management, and financial acumen.Background in multi-unit management, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Leadership & People Skills :
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to inspire and lead teams to deliver exceptional results.Adept at problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
