Job description
We're hiring certified Forklift Operators for a top electronics and technology company in Dartmouth. If you have solid experience with counter balance truck and are ready to join a fast-paced team, this is the job for you!


You'll be in charge of driving a counter balance forklift. As a forklift operator, you'll be responsible for carrying out shipping, receiving and storage tasks.

We are looking for experienced and dependable Forklift Operators to join our client's team. Come work in a fast-paced and supportive environment at one of the industry's leading food distribution centers. Immediate openings are available.


Position: Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $20/hr

Monday to Friday: 11pm to 7am

Responsibilities
The Forklift Operator is responsible to:

- Operate Counter balanceTrucks and Dock Stockers
- Unloading and loading skids
- Use RF scanners to accurately pick, locate, and organize products
- Handle and sort cartons of electronics for packaging
- Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 70 lbs

Qualifications
Qualification for the perfect forklift driver:

- Must hold a valid external forklift license
- At least 1 year experience on counter balance and dock stocker
- Physically capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 70 lbs
- Need CSA safety shoes
- Successful completion of an on-site forklift evaluation is required prior to starting
