Tu aimes analyser des données, comprendre les mouvements de stock et proposer des solutions concrètes?
Tu veux rejoindre une entreprise bien établie dans le secteur alimentaire, avec un rôle proche des opérations et des décisions d’affaires? Une entreprise canadienne spécialisée dans l’importation, la distribution et la vente en gros de viande est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Analyste financier – Inventaire pour joindre son équipe de Saint-Léonard, dans l'est de Montréal. L’entreprise approvisionne notamment l’industrie alimentaire, les supermarchés, les distributeurs HRI, les hôtels, restaurants, institutions et chefs cuisiniers en Amérique du Nord. Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable d’analyser les inventaires, les coûts, les marges et les rotations de stock afin d’aider l’entreprise à optimiser ses niveaux d’inventaire, réduire les pertes, améliorer les processus et soutenir les équipes achats, logistique, opérations et finance. Tes responsabilités :
  • Suivre et analyser les niveaux d’inventaire, les écarts, les pertes, les ajustements et la rotation des stocks
  • Produire des analyses financières liées aux marges, aux coûts, aux catégories de produits et aux clients
  • Collaborer avec les achats, la logistique, les opérations et les ventes afin d’optimiser les stocks et les coûts d’entreposage
  • Développer des KPI, rapports et tableaux de bord liés aux inventaires, aux achats et à la performance opérationnelle
  • Identifier les inefficacités, recommander des améliorations et contribuer à l’optimisation des processus
Profil recherché :
  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en analyse financière, inventaire, logistique, opérations ou analyse de coûts
  • Expérience en gestion d’inventaire ou logistique ; alimentaire, distribution, manufacturier ou retail, un fort atout
  • Excellente maîtrise d’Excel; connaissance d’un ERP requise; Power BI est un fort atout
  • Profil analytique, rigoureux, proactif et orienté solutions
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais afin de collaborer avec des équipes et partenaires au Canada

Would you like to join a well-established company in the food industry, in a role closely connected to operations and business decisions? A Canadian company specializing in meat import, distribution and wholesale is currently looking for an Inventory Financial Analyst to join its team in Saint-Leonard, in East Montreal. The company supplies the food industry, supermarkets, HRI distributors, hotels, restaurants, institutions and chefs across North America. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing inventory, costs, margins and stock rotation in order to help the company optimize inventory levels, reduce losses, improve processes and support the purchasing, logistics, operations and finance teams. Your responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, variances, losses, adjustments and stock rotation
  • Produce financial analyses related to margins, costs, product categories and clients
  • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, operations and sales teams to optimize stock levels and warehousing costs
  • Develop KPIs, reports and dashboards related to inventory, purchasing and operational performance
  • Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements and contribute to process optimization
Profile required:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, inventory, logistics, operations or cost analysis
  • Experience in inventory management or logistics; food, distribution, manufacturing or retail is a strong asset
  • Excellent Excel skills; ERP knowledge required; Power BI is a strong asset
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive and solution-oriented profile
  • Bilingual in French and English in order to collaborate with teams and partners across Canada
