A Canadian organization committed to social justice is looking for a Donation Secretary to join their team in Montreal, based in the Plateau area.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative processing of donations : receiving, recording, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Database management and updates : data entry, ensuring information accuracy, and generating donation receipts.
  • Administrative support : preparing letters, handling mailings, and following up on personalized communications.
  • Front desk duties : welcoming donors and guiding them accordingly.
  • Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in similar administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, as some donors are English-speaking.
  • Experience with data entry in a CRM; familiarity with Raiser’s Edge is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
