Job Title : CNC Programmer

Job Description

Join our team as a Senior CNC Programmer for a leading aerospace manufacturer, where your expertise in CNC programming will be crucial in advancing our production capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5 axis milling and turning machines.
• Lead and mentor junior programmers and operators, ensuring high-quality production standards.
• Oversee the use of nickel, titanium, and Inconel materials, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Implement and manage Renishaw probing routines for tool offset compensation and in-process verification.
• Utilize advanced CNC editing / programming tools such as Mastercam, Cimco Edit, and CAM software for G code, M code, and post processor editing.
• Apply CAD software knowledge for creating and modifying 3D models.
• Ensure the effective use of shop floor inspection tools for quality control.
• Contribute to machine tool setter programming and CNC deburring programming processes.
