Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration :
• Partner with finance teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to financial processes.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Requirements Management :
• Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements for SAP finance modules (e.g., FI, CO, FSCM).
• Create use cases, user stories, process flows, and business models to clearly define system needs.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Solution Design & Delivery :
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement SAP S / 4HANA solutions tailored to financial workflows.
• Support system configuration, integration, and testing phases to validate alignment with requirements.
• Ensure solutions adhere to financial compliance standards and organizational policies.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improving financial processes during project execution.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Analyze current financial processes and recommend optimizations leveraging SAP capabilities.
• Monitor SAP S / 4HANA advancements and best practices to propose innovative solutions for financial management.

Skills & Expertise

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role.

Proven track record of delivering IT projects in complex organizational environments.

Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Technical Experience : Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM platforms, and cloud technologies is an advantage.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
