Job Summary

The Business Development Representative (BDR) for SAP Line of Business (LOB) Solutions is responsible for generating new opportunities for SAP SuccessFactors (SF), Customer Experience (CX), and Digital Manufacturing (DM) solutions. This role focuses on engaging prospects in Syntax’s target industries : Fashion, Wholesale Distribution, Retail, Mining, IM&C, EC&O, and CPG.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify opportunities for SAP LOB solutions, addressing HR, customer experience, and manufacturing challenges.
  • Engage decision-makers such as CHROs, CIOs, and COOs through strategic outreach efforts.
  • Create and execute targeted campaigns for specific industries and use cases.
  • Leverage Syntax’s marketing collateral and events to spark conversations with prospects.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand pain points and position Syntax’s SAP LOB solutions as value-driven offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and AE teams to align on priorities and messaging.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities and results in Salesforce.

Requirements :

  • 1–2 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
  • Familiarity with SAP LOB solutions, particularly SF, CX, and DM.
  • Strong understanding of challenges and opportunities within Syntax’s target industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
