Role Overview
As the Salon Academy Manager, you will support the Sr. Academy Manager in planning and coordinating Academy activity, managing operations, inventory, and assisting communication and execution of all Academy programs. You are responsible for all operational activities and the execution of Academy programs, events, and attendee engagement, with additional support to field education with administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Help execute all operational planning, set‑up, tear‑down, day‑of coordination / follow‑up for Kao Salon Academy programs, custom events, and on‑site company meetings. Ensure programs meet Kao Salon Academy Standards for the ultimate enhanced experience, meeting high service and personalized support standards. (55%)
- Help oversee Academy inventories and organization. Forecast, order, and maintain literature, equipment, supplies. Oversee daily activities including vendor supplies, catering, deliveries. Report AV equipment maintenance and repairs. (25%)
- Support field education : artist contracts, maintain artist database, approve travel, manage communication, weekly registration reports, monthly education updates, local training logistics. (10%)
- Support Sr EM Indirect and Chains : manage virtual education sessions in Zoom, create sell sheets, update education training assets for Chatters online university. (10%)

Additional Information
Salary range : $65,000 - $75,000 plus bonus. This is an on‑site position Sunday to Thursday.
