PERMANENT – Analyste de support d'application

RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un(e) analyste de support d'application avec une expertise dans le logiciel de gestion de la main-d'œuvre de sécurité TrackTik et les appareils robustes Sonim pour l'un de nos clients. Ce rôle fournira un soutien technique, un dépannage et une optimisation du système pour les utilisateurs finaux, assurant ainsi une intégration et un fonctionnement transparents de ces technologies. Le candidat idéal a de l'expérience dans le support d'applications, la gestion des appareils mobiles (MDM) et la technologie des opérations de sécurité .

RESPONSABILITÉS

Prise en charge de l'application et de l'appareil

  • Fournir une prise en charge de niveau 1 et de niveau 2 pour les logiciels TrackTik et les appareils Sonim , le dépannage des problèmes du système, la connectivité réseau et les dysfonctionnements de l'appareil.
  • Aidez à la configuration du système TrackTik, à la gestion des utilisateurs et à la personnalisation du flux de travail pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
  • Gérer et prendre en charge les appareils mobiles Sonim , y compris la configuration, le déploiement et la maintenance dans des environnements robustes.
  • Travaillez avec des solutions MDM (par exemple, SOTI, Microsoft Intune) pour assurer une gestion à distance, des mises à jour et une conformité de sécurité appropriées pour les appareils Sonim.

Gestion des incidents et dépannage

  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes logiciels TrackTik liés au suivi, à la planification, aux rapports et aux intégrations des visites de garde.
  • Dépannez les problèmes matériels / logiciels de l'appareil Sonim , y compris le push-to-talk (PTT), la connectivité réseau et les fonctionnalités robustes spécifiques à l'appareil .
  • Transmettre des problèmes complexes aux équipes d' assistance TrackTik et Sonim si nécessaire.
  • Documenter les résolutions et maintenir une base de connaissances pour les problèmes et les solutions communs.
  • Formation et documentation des utilisateurs

  • Fournir des sessions de formation et des guides d'utilisation pour le personnel de sécurité, les superviseurs et le personnel informatique sur les appareils TrackTik et Sonim .
  • Créez et tenons à jour la documentation sur les configurations système, les meilleures pratiques et les procédures de dépannage .
  • Optimisation et intégration du système

  • Collaborer avec les équipes informatiques et de sécurité pour améliorer l'intégration de TrackTik avec d'autres systèmes opérationnels .
  • Assurez-vous que les rapports et les tableaux de bord TrackTik répondent aux exigences opérationnelles et de conformité.
  • Surveillez les performances de l'appareil Sonim et recommandez des améliorations ou des remplacements si nécessaire.
  • EXIGENCES

  • Baccalauréat en technologie de l'information, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
  • Plus de 3 ans dans des rôles de support d'application, d'assistance informatique ou d'administration système .
  • Expérience pratique avec l' administration du logiciel TrackTik .Expérience de la prise en charge des appareils robustes Sonim (XP8, XP10, XP5plus) et des solutions de mobilité d'entreprise basées sur Android .
  • Familiarité avec les outils MDM (SOTI, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, etc.) .Solides compétences en dépannage pour les applications basées sur le cloud, les appareils mobiles et les API .
  • Compréhension des requêtes SQL, de l'extraction de données et de la génération de rapports dans TrackTik.Connaissance des principes fondamentaux de la mise en réseau (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivité de données mobiles) .
  • Expérience des politiques de gestion et de sécurité d'Android Enterprise .Excellentes compétences en communication et en formation .
  • Solide pensée analytique et de résolution de problèmes .
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à collaborer avec des équipes informatiques, de sécurité et de terrain
  • Expérience dans les opérations de sécurité, les services sur le terrain ou les technologies de gestion de la main-d'œuvre .
  • Certifications dans le support informatique, MDM ou l'administration TrackTik .
  • Connaissance de la réponse aux incidents et des normes de conformité pour la technologie de sécurité.
  • Le bilinguisme est requis car ce rôle exige des communications quotidiennes à l'extérieur du Québec.

    PERMANENT - Application Support Analyst – TrackTik & Sonim Devices

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are seeking a Application Support Analyst with expertise in TrackTik security workforce management software and Sonim rugged devices for one of our clients. This role will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system optimization for end-users, ensuring seamless integration and operation of these technologies. The ideal candidate has experience in application support, mobile device management (MDM), and security operations technology .

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Application & Device Support

  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for TrackTik software and Sonim devices , troubleshooting system issues, network connectivity, and device malfunctions.
  • Assist with TrackTik system configuration, user management, and workflow customization to meet business needs.
  • Manage and support Sonim mobile devices , including setup, deployment, and maintenance in rugged environments.
  • Work with MDM solutions (e.g., SOTI, Microsoft Intune) to ensure proper remote management, updates, and security compliance for Sonim devices.
  • Incident Management & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve TrackTik software issues related to guard tour tracking, scheduling, reporting, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot Sonim device hardware / software issues , including push-to-talk (PTT), network connectivity, and rugged device-specific functionalities .
  • Escalate complex issues to TrackTik and Sonim support teams when necessary.
  • Document resolutions and maintain a knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
  • User Training & Documentation

  • Provide training sessions and user guides for security personnel, supervisors, and IT staff on TrackTik and Sonim devices .
  • Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures .
  • System Optimization & Integration

  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance TrackTik integration with other operational systems .
  • Ensure TrackTik reports and dashboards meet operational and compliance requirements.Monitor Sonim device performance and recommend improvements or replacements when necessary.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in application support, IT helpdesk, or system administration roles.Hands-on experience with TrackTik software administration .Experience supporting Sonim rugged devices (XP8, XP10, XP5plus) and Android-based enterprise mobility solutions .
  • Familiarity with MDM tools (SOTI, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, etc.) .
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud-based applications, mobile devices, and APIs .Understanding of SQL queries, data extraction, and report generation in TrackTik.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN, mobile data connectivity) .
  • Experience with Android Enterprise management and security policies .Excellent communication and training skills .
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking .
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with IT, security, and field teams
  • Experience in security operations, field services, or workforce management technologies .
  • Certifications in IT support, MDM, or TrackTik administration .Knowledge of incident response and compliance standards for security technology.
  • Bilingualism is required because this role requires daily communication outside of Quebec
