We would love to meet :

  • Proven experience in sales over the phone, customer service preferably in a product-oriented business. These are B2B clients.
  • Bilingual to communicate fluently and support customers outside of Quebec.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Willingness to collaborate and support the sales director.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Be the first point of contact for valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Call qualified prospective clients to offer the company’s Products.
  • Accurately enter sales orders into our system, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
  • Regularly check stock availability to meet customer demands and expectations.
  • Assist in managing and supporting Office administrative tasks
