Position Overview :

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the business development efforts in Canada. This role will focus on expanding customer base, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth within the mining, construction, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, client relationship management, and market expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in Canada, with a focus on mining, construction, and industrial sectors.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product solutions to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to support strategic planning.
  • Represent the Company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in industrial or technical products.
  • Strong understanding of the mining, construction, or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada as needed.
