We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Chahko Mika Mall, Nelson Retail Salon!

What You’ll Do Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.

Educate customer s and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.

Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.

Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.

Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.

Bonus: Previous experience as a Keyholder in a retail environment.
