Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our retail expansion efforts. This role focuses on managing purchase orders, coordinating events, and fostering strong relationships with retail partners. You will be the link between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless communication and execution across all initiatives.

As a key player in our growth, you will represent Good Protein at events, identify new sales opportunities, and provide outstanding support to our retail partners. This position offers significant growth potential within our rapidly expanding company.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Manage purchase orders (POs) from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination with partners.
  • Act as the liaison between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflows and communication.
  • Provide exceptional support to retail partners, addressing their needs proactively.

Event Planning & Brand Representation

  • Plan and coordinate product demos, activations, and trade shows to showcase the brand effectively.
  • Represent Good Protein at events, ensuring a professional and engaging presence.
  • Strategic Sales Development

  • Identify new sales opportunities to promote Good Protein and expand market reach.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to inform sales strategies.
  • Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, event planning, or related roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for regular travel within Quebec.

  • Gérer les bons de commande (PO) de l'initiation à la livraison, en assurant une coordination efficace avec les partenaires.
  • Servir de lien entre les équipes des ventes, du marketing et des opérations pour garantir des flux de travail harmonieux et une communication efficace.
  • Fournir un soutien exceptionnel aux partenaires de détail en répondant de manière proactive à leurs besoins.
  • Planification d'événements et représentation de la marque

  • Planifier et coordonner des démonstrations de produits, des activations et des salons professionnels pour mettre en valeur la marque.
  • Représenter Good Protein lors d'événements, en assurant une présence professionnelle et engageante.
  • Développement stratégique des ventes

  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de vente pour promouvoir Good Protein et étendre notre portée sur le marché.
  • Analyser les tendances du marché et le comportement des consommateurs pour orienter les stratégies commerciales.
  • Gestion des relations

  • Créer et entretenir des relations solides avec les partenaires de détail et les parties prenantes internes.
  • Servir de point de contact clé pour les partenaires, en assurant une communication claire et une résolution efficace des problèmes.
  • Profil recherché

  • 2 ans d'expérience en coordination des ventes, planification d'événements ou dans des rôles similaires.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et des CRM (un atout).
  • Permis de conduire valide et véhicule personnel requis pour les déplacements réguliers au Québec.
