Are you passionate about footwear and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Footwear Retail Sales Associates. If you love helping people find the perfect pair of shoes and thrive in a dynamic retail environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable footwear and accessories.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current trends.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals through effective selling techniques and suggestive selling.
- Accurately process sales transactions, exchanges, and returns using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
