General Manager – SAMI

Position Overview

Reporting to the GM of Estoras, the General Manager (GM) of SAMI is a key member of the Estoras Group senior leadership team. The GM is responsible for developing and expanding SAMI, building strong, industry-experienced teams, and driving the evolution of the SAMI platform for client deployments and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare SAMI for the second investment round and potential IPO.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient company management.
• Make staffing decisions, including hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline, and terminations, in line with Estoras Group policies.
• Monitor and manage operational costs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, resource retention, and building strong customer relationships at all levels.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Develop and execute operational plans and reports.
• Drive company performance by implementing approved strategies.
• Address customer challenges and deliver tailored business strategies.
• Manage and deliver SAMI projects within budget, timelines, and schedules.
• Oversee project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and resource requests.
• Resolve conflicts effectively and manage client and investor relationships.
